The Cyclone Manual Doming System puts all the advantages of air power at your fingertips - resulting in a cleaner operation with far more consistent and repeatable doming deposits than what's usually possible with most manual methods and silly screw type syringe devices. Consistent, repeatable results = more money in your pocket!
Developed to overcome many of the problems that exist with other dispensing systems, the Cyclone family of products has been carefully thought out with the end-user in mind. Why struggle with difficult manual dispensing methods and tools which typically result in inconsistent deposits and hand fatigue from manipulating syringes and squeezing tubes? We are better because:
A complete sytem:
Whichever system you choose, everything is there and ready to go out of the box. Nothing more to buy. Just add your own air compressor.
Cost-Effective: A dispensing system with no maintenance costs and production costs of less than 3 cent per square inch. Everything is cheap and disposable. No mess, no fuss.
Our Resin:
It's flexible (able to bend around a 3/4" radius), and UV stable for 3+ years. It repels moisture so no foggy domes. Its specially formulated to release any trapped air while curing. Plus it gives you 20 minutes of working time.
Our Syringes:
Our syringes hold over 2 ounces of material and are silicone free. Our special plugs prevent moist air, particles and oil mist from coming in contact with the doming resin. It also enables you to change needles of a filled syringe without making a mess. Our special tip cap enables you to fill syringes without making a mess. Plus they are economical to use.
Our Trays:
Light weight and stackable, our trays allow you to complete many decals without requiring a lot of space. Just complete a tray, stack another one on top and keep doming. Your completed decals are safe and covered to keep out dust and stay out of the way.
